Returns and Exchange

At Queensly, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition with all tags intact, and returned with the original invoice.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Bodysuits

• Shapewear short

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us at help@queensly.in or WhatsApp us at +91 8871824179, share your order number and reason.
We’ll arrange a pickup from your address at no extra cost.

For exchanges, please mention your preferred size or product when raising the request. The replacement will be dispatched within 2 days after your original item is picked up.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Refunds are initiated once your order is picked up and passes our quality check.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 3–5 working days.
You’ll receive an email or SMS notification as soon as your refund is processed.
